Q: Does Medicare pay for hearing services?

Hearing evaluations are a covered benefit by Medicare when medically necessary. Medicare does not pay for hearing aids.

Q: What types of insurance do you accept?

We bill all insurance plans. We are a provider for West Virginia Workers’ Compensation, Ohio Workers’ Compensation, UMWA, Medicare, Medicaid, VA Care in the Community, and other insurance carriers. Contact the Business Office at 740.695.1058 or contact your insurance carrier regarding coverage for a hearing test or hearing aid.

It is possible that your insurance carrier will cover some or all of the expenses. We accept cash, checks, and all most credit cards.

Q: Do you offer hearing aid trials?

We offer 60-day trials, the longest in the industry, a 2-month opportunity to evaluate products and return them for credit if not fully satisfied.
